FOR COMMUNITY BANKS

You build the relationships. I'll make sense of the debit reports.

Each month, I review an agreed set of your processor's debit reports and put the findings in plain English: what changed, what it means, and what needs a closer look.

What you receive

  • A one-page management summary of the meaningful changes.
  • The supporting detail behind each finding: which report, which figure, how it was calculated.
  • Specific questions for your processor or team when the reports leave something unanswered.
  • Follow-up on open questions from earlier reviews.
  • Each quarter, a one-page Board Page for your board meeting.

If the reports can't answer a question, I'll say so and tell you what's needed. I won't turn an open question into a confident conclusion.

How it works

  1. We talk through what you want to understand and which reports are available.
  2. You send the agreed reports through your bank's secure email.
  3. I prepare a free First Read, and we discuss whether a monthly review would be useful.
  4. If you go ahead, we agree the scope, timing and fee.

What it isn't

A monthly review interprets agreed reports after they arrive. It isn't an audit, real-time fraud monitoring, contract negotiation or compliance certification.

Independence

For bank analytics engagements, PDEX is paid solely by the bank and receives no compensation from card processors, networks, or other vendors in connection with that work.

See the fictional sample first. If it looks useful, let's talk about a free First Read.
